If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Enjoy-a-Ball (UK) Ltd.’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.The term ‘Enjoy-a-Ball’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website.  The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Classes:

  • Customers are responsible for their children at all times (except during a class where the child is not accompanied by a parent / guardian).
  • Customers must inform their coach of any health issues that may be relevant, including changes in a child’s health or well-being prior to the start of a class.  It is advised that children requiring (prescription) medication should take it prior to attending a class as appropriate. For children who need to self-administer medication in classes (e.g. an asthma inhaler), parents / carers / guardians should advise the coach of their permission for their child to do this. For children who require basic support, please detail this on the registration form and discuss individual needs with the coach. For specialist support beyond a basic level and/or outside of a coach’s training, parents / carers / guardians must remain with their children at all times.
  • Customers must follow health and safety procedures as advised to them by their coach.
  • Customers accept that at times there will be physical contact between the coach and their child in a professional, caring manner.
  • Customers should aim to arrive no more than 10 minutes before the class and leave no more than 10 minutes after the class to facilitate class changeover.  Customers should drop-off and collect children from within the premises where classes are held.
  • Customers are advised to bring a drink for their children but to avoid bringing snacks for during class times to minimise mess at coaching venues.
  • For class cancellations / dates when classes will not be taking place, coaches will give as much notice as possible.  In the event of a last minute class cancellation, customers will be notified by text message to their mobile phone.                PLEASE ENSURE THAT CONTACT INFORMATION IS CORRECT AND UP TO DATE. Enjoy-a-Ball will not reimburse expenses caused by a customer failing to pick up their message.
  • Enjoy-a-Ball operates a parent / adult observer system to allow for one parent / carer / guardian of a child in the class to remain for its duration as an additional adult for safeguarding children purposes. We will try to ensure that a parent observer is present at every class but cannot be held responsible if no observer attends.
  • We ask that children who attend Physi-Ball sessions are accompanied at all times.
  • Coaches make every effort to avoid injury during classes. In the event an injury should occur, coaches will administer appropriate first aid to children as required.  Where an illness or an injury requires further emergency medical treatment, customers give their permission (if not observing the class and not contactable by phone) for this treatment to take place by signing the registration form/joining the class.
  • Lost property found at coaching venues will be kept for a period of four weeks.  During this time every effort will be made to return lost property but it may be disposed of if it remains unclaimed.
  • Photography (other than by pre-arranged consent) is not permitted at any time.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in all coaching venues.

Fees / Cancellation policy / Notice Period / Online Booking (Class for Kids)

  • T & C’s for secure online booking through ClassforKids (in conjunction with general T&C’s)
  • Fees are payable in advance.
  • In the event of a lesson being cancelled by a coach, customers will be credited for that lesson on the following invoice.
  • If a lesson is cancelled part way through, customers will only be credited if they were in attendance, and for the part of the lesson that had to be cancelled.
  • In the event that a child is unable to attend a class due to sickness or holiday, we regret that we are unable to refund payment as this secures an ongoing place on our programme.
  • If a customer’s cheque is returned from the bank unpaid, a £10 administration charge may be applied.
  • Due to the ongoing, developmental nature of the Enjoy-a-Ball programme, customers are required to give one month’s paid notice to terminate attendance at a class.

Staff training

  • As a growing business in a professional coaching environment, we place great importance on high quality training of new coaches and franchise owners.  This training may take place in customers’ local classes and will always be under the full supervision of a qualified and experienced coach.

Coaches

Whilst it is our policy that we endeavour to ensure you always have the same coach / group of coaches, we cannot guarantee this as coaches fall ill, leave etc. Also, due to the extremely thorough nature of our training, we may occasionally need to have a new coach teaching your child’s class. They are always fully trained at this point, but need to lead a series of ‘live classes’ in order to complete their assessment process. Unfortunately we cannot give advance warning when this may happen and, whilst we always try to limit it, it is a necessary part of our commitment to quality.

Photography & Video footage

  • Please indicate when booking whether you consent to our sharing any photograph on the internet, on social media or in any other promotional material. Photographs will not be used for any other purpose.
  • Enjoy-a-Ball continually strive to improve the teaching standard of our coaches, we, on occasion, record a lesson being taught by a coach. The camera is focused on the coach and the recording will only be seen by the coach and their assessor. The video clip will not be used for anything other than for the coach to gain feedback from their assessor.

Refer-a-Friend vouchers / Promotions

Refer-a-friend vouchers

The Enjoy-a-Ball Refer-a-Friend scheme is available to existing Enjoy-a-Ball customers (customers who have at some point paid for an Enjoy-a-Ball session, holiday club or party). They are known as ”Referring Customers”. The Scheme is also available to all individuals who have never paid for an Enjoy-a-Ball session. They are known as “Referred Customers.”

To be eligible for the scheme “Referring Customers” must:

  • Be an Enjoy-a-Ball customer who has previously paid for and attended at least one Enjoy-a-Ball session, holiday club or party

To be eligible “Referred Customers” must:

  • Have never attended or paid for an Enjoy-a-Ball session
  • Referred customers cannot use Refer-a-Friend vouchers for special sessions e.g. holiday clubs (unless specified on the voucher) or Enjoy-a-Ball merchandise

The Refer-a-Friend Scheme can be withdrawn at any time

It is at the discretion of each franchisee when to use Refer-a-Friend vouchers and said vouchers are valid for that franchise area (area of issue) only.

Spaces can only be offered in sessions where spaces are available. If no suitable spaces are available the “Referred Customer” may choose to go on a waiting list to redeem the voucher at such a time as a space becomes available.

Promotions

FREE CLASSES TO NEW CUSTOMERS

Simply contact the Enjoy-a-Ball provider who issued the voucher and arrange for your child to attend a suitable session (if spaces are available).

Spaces can only be offered in sessions where spaces are available. If no suitable spaces are available the “New Customer” may choose to go on a waiting list to redeem the voucher at such a time as a space becomes available.

  • To qualify for this  offer you must be a new customer to Enjoy-a-Ball (For clarity, customers who already attend Enjoy-a-Ball classes or who have attended Enjoy-a-Ball classes in the 12 months prior to the issue of the voucher are considered to be existing customers of Enjoy-a-Ball)
  • Customers who wish to take this offer must ensure that they register via Class For Kids (Enjoy-a-Ball online class registration system) when requested
  • Voucher can only be redeemed for classes in the franchise area where the voucher was issued
  • One offer per customer
  • The promoters decision on a dispute in relation to this promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
  • Any attempts to manipulate or abuse this offer will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate exclusion from this and future Enjoy-a-Ball promotions
  • In the case of any breach of these terms and conditions or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in the promotion (in Enjoy-a-Ball’s sole discretion), the promoter reserves the right to withhold any free classes
  • The promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with prior notice

 

Adverse Weather

In the case of adverse weather, where a session goes ahead (when the venue has been judged by the coach and hall convenor to be accessible and safe), Enjoy-a-Ball is under no obligation to refund sessions that may be missed in the event of adverse conditions local to yourselves preventing you from attending the session.

All customers are expected to abide by the terms and conditions set out above.  In the unlikely event where a customer fails to do this, we may request that they no longer continue classes with Enjoy-a-Ball.

Parties:

  • Party cost does not include venue hire, party food, party bags or any additional party requirements other than Enjoy-a-Ball services.
  • Full payment required in advance, together with completed booking form to finalise booking. No booking is confirmed / accepted without receipt of booking form and full payment.
  • Full refund will be given if written (E-mail is acceptable) notice is received within 14 days of the party date.
  • After that we are sorry, but no refund will be given.
  • Minimum number of children for the party is 12 and the maximum number is 30 – hall size dependent / at the discretion of the Enjoy-a-Ball Franchise Owner.
  • We will do everything possible to ensure the safety of the children during the party, but cannot be held responsible for any accidents.
  • We require all parents to complete our emergency contact numbers form in the event that there is an accident and parents need to be contacted. All information provided is subject to GDPR and will be disposed of in a secure manner within one week after the party date. Information with regards Enjoy-a-Ball services will only be sent if explicit consent is given.
  • Children should be appropriately dressed for running around and having fun.
  • Party hosts (parents / carers) are responsible for all photographic and video use.

Holiday Clubs:

  • Full payment is required upon booking together with the booking form.
  • A full refund will be given if written cancellation is received within two weeks of the holiday club date.
  • After that no refunds can be given.
  • If a customer’s cheque is returned from the bank unpaid, a £10 administration charge may be applied.
  • Customers are required to drop off and collect children from within the premises of the holiday club.
  • Customers are asked to double check all contact number(s) for their child / children at the drop-off point and inform their coach of any health issues (in addition to those on the application form) that may be relevant for that day.
  • Children should be appropriately dressed for running around and playing sport.
  • Customers must follow health and safety procedures as advised to them by their coach.
  • Coaches make every effort to avoid injury during holiday club activities. In the event an injury should occur, coaches will administer appropriate first aid to children as required.
  • All coaches hold up-to-date first aid certificates and are subject to a full Police check. DBS – England & Wales; PVG – Scotland.
  • Customers accept that at times there will be physical contact between the coach and the children in a professional, caring manner.
  • All customers are expected to abide by the terms and conditions set out above.

  • In order to purchase products from our website you must register your details with us. These will include 1.) Your real name 2.) Daytime phone number 3.) Email address 4.) Billing address 5.) Delivery address.
  • The information that you provide will only be used for processing your order or updating you with regards to our services. Please be assured that we will never share this data with any third party outside the Enjoy-a-Ball group other than those required to process your order.
  • All payment details are taken by our secure online payment processor ‘Stripe’ who are level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means that they follow the highest security regulations for online payment processing.
  • Full payment is required at time of ordering. We accept online payment by the following credit/debit cards: VISA, Mastercard and Maestro.
  • You must confirm that you are the registered credit/debit card holder. Please note that validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer will be carried out on all transactions.
  • Once an order has been placed you will receive an email from us which acknowledges your order and provides full details for you to check.
  • A dispatch confirmation will then be sent to you in due course. Please note that until we have sent your dispatch confirmation email your order has not been officially accepted by us and can be cancelled or amended if errors are found.
